I would like to Thank you, Mrs. Banan and Mrs. Reem, for your hospitality, besides Mrs. Banan helped us with where to visit in Al Qassem and provided us with directions, and Mrs. Reem while checking out I had to print a document urgently and she acts very fast to print for me and thank you to other staff they were helpful.

I like the staff behaviour and professionalism in their work. Ms. Reem in the reception was very helpful and fast to check out and in. Also Mr. Saleh was very kind. It is the best place to live in Al Gassim.

The rooms and the facilities are outstanding. I find it difficult to find rooms at that quality even in 5* hotels around the country. It could be because the hotel is still 4 months old. I hope they will continue on the same standard

The stay was lovely, loved the breakfast which was included. Very helpfull and kind staff. Good service special to Ms Mounira for your hospitality and great service.. Highly recommendable hotel.
